For me, the key role was played by the company’s reputation as one of the oldest in the market. I think if after so many crises and difficulties the company has survived and preserved its own assets, it is at least capable of preserving its clients’ assets. In addition, she is unlikely to give a damn about clients.
In principle this is the case. The service is at a very high level. The financial advisor is always in touch in chat and on the phone. It is nice that he is always aware of the situation. If I have questions, it doesn’t take him long to remember who I am at all. You can see that he is dealing with my portfolio, has his hand on the pulse and can explain the decisions made.
The result so far is not disappointing. The returns so far are below assumed at the beginning of the year, despite the development of the dividend history and, in principle, correctly made decisions. But the dynamics are positive. Hopefully That at the end of the year it will be possible to fix a normal profit, at least I am guided by the current dynamics.
The only thing is a little bit It is annoying – there are failures in the application. Rarely, but it happens. I hope this will be fixed.
