Double feelings

I wanted to buy a laser engraver. But they started to make a mess of the transfer. Payments from Russia are not accepted on the site. Pay via OZON to a UnioPay card refused. They refused to send an invoice to find an option to pay through the bank. And then deleted all correspondence from the site. So the real sellers didn’t are coming in. Although the site and the answers are quite convincing. There is another site in America, also not clear. They trade only in reconditioned engravers.
The site gives a double feeling respond quickly with answers, but payment is only accepted through the site. And Russia is blocked, although the Chinese site.
