    Claim

    I received a transfer to the card tinkoff from the exchanger alfabit.org and the card was immediately blocked because of their transfer. Asked for confirmation of the transfer sender, passes 3 days they did not confirm anything. Support only said wait we are dealing with this issue. And in fact the card is blocked until now!
