    Overall, they are good, but some improvements needed

    I have been trading with the broker since 2023, so it’s been three years already. Honestly, I quite enjoy my experience and not planning to change the broker at all. It was my first pick, and I didn’t miss. They have necessary regulations and licenses along with high deposit insurance up to a million dollars. But apart from safety, activtrades offers stable trading conditions that don’t fluctuate wildly. Spreads are usually within the same range, between 0.6-0.9 pips for EUR/USD. As for commissions, they are fixed at zero. Finally, withdrawals didn’t let me down once. I withdrew funds and deposited a lot of times, and didn’t face any problems. Usually I request a payout through a visa credit card, and they process it within 1-2 business days.

    Minuses
    • A really big issue for me is that customer service only works 24/5. 
    • It’s not only about the help, it’s about withdrawals as well. They don’t process them during the weekends, which is a bit strange. Such a big broker should be operating 24/7 without any rest in my opinion.
