    Different perspective

    Activtrades is not a popular pick for algotrading, but I think they are not that bad as it seems. I understand why people ignore them. It’s because of the lack of variety when it comes to trading accounts. They don’t offer RAW spreads or cent accounts, only a standard that features tight spreads + zero commissions. So, for high frequency trading they might not be the best option in the market, but for strategy based bots they are perfectly fine. Spreads hold themselves nicely, even during high volatility, whereas executions are top notch. Like executions on backtest and real trading were fairly similar. Apart from that, activtrades is very safe when it comes to reliability.

    Minuses
    • The only issue as I mentioned in my review is no flexibility when it comes to real accounts. I honestly don’t understand why they wouldn't add more, because they will definitely attract more traders that way.

    Wide range of financial instruments
