    It's been an uplifting experience

    Maybe I was expecting and it was one of the reasons why I decided to start working with ActivTrades, but I must give credit for it. This platform treats each client with the highest level of professionalism. Regardless of your account size, except to receive great service.
    Just to be clear, I don’t have in mind its technical support, it can be improved only if they cancel the chatbot. I have in mind in general, about the complete brokerage services they provide.

    • Transparent pricing and spread levels
    Minuses
    • Most of the time, the spreads are wider than their targeted levels.
    • Somehow they should make it easier in the live chat feature to get direct talk to an agent.
