It should be noted that as soon as you apply, you cannot change or cancel your picks, so choose carefully.

Step #3: Wait for Results

Once you’ve submitted your application, you’ll see it marked as “Pending” under My Applications. This just means it’s being reviewed.

If you’re chosen, your status will change to “Approved“, and your free item will be on its way to you. But if you’re not selected this time, it’ll show as “Failed”. Do not stress, you can always apply again for future trials. There’s always another chance!

Step #4: Review Your Free Trial Item

When you finally receive your item, it’s time to test it out and share your thoughts.

1. Try it on and make some great photos. You should include full-body and detailed shots of the outfit.
2. Next, you go to your Free Trial section and click Upload to start your review.
3. At this step, you have to write a detailed review of the item: talk about the fit, fabric, quality, and anything else worth mentioning. And don’t forget to add your photos! You should write a review that’s between 75 and 500 words if you want to earn an extra 5 points. You can earn points for uploading photos as well. If you add 3 clear photos of the item, you will get +10 points. And do not forget to include all the required sizing details and earn 2 more points. Outstanding reviews will be labeled as “Quality Review”, and you’ll get extra SHEIN points as a reward.
4. Click Submit to send in your review report.
5. Wait while SHEIN reviews your submission. If something went wrong (like a failed upload), you’ll get one more chance to repost it correctly.

When approved, your review with photos or videos included may appear on the product page. But no need to worry, your username and personal info will stay private.
