TurboForex does not withdraw funds

I got acquainted with the company Turboforex at the end of 2015. My account number is 16698797. I was attracted by a large number of CFDs on shares, as well as not very annoying managers. I do not trade constantly, if a position is profitable, sometimes I hold it for several months. I withdrew funds once, not profit, but the main deposit. About July 2016 I took the money back, because I saw good opportunities on Apple and Amazon shares. Manager Alexey Orlov called me about once a month, offered various services like trust management, sometimes advised me on one or another financial instrument. I did not agree to the services, did not use the recommendations as I trade only myself.

In August 2017, I withdrew my main deposit. It was surprising that the withdrawal was formalized as a cancellation of a purchase on a sberbank card. 5.02.2018 I closed all positions with a net profit of 2260$, decided to withdraw them, but then the problems began. Manager Alexey Orlov stopped contacting me, requests for a callback are ignored, letters to tech support remain unanswered. The only people I can communicate with are managers in online chat, but they answer the same thing every day about temporary technical difficulties at the bank performing swift transfers.

In the first week I believed in the possibility to return the earned money, but now 9.03.2018 I am sure that Turboforex and Alexey Orlov are scammers and are not going to pay anything. There are screenshots – proof.
