Refund successfully received

Hi everyone. I’m a TradeOgre user, and I also went through a period when I couldn’t access my funds. I understand why some people might wonder why I still gave TradeOgre a high rating after the difficulties I experienced. To be honest, my experience had both frustrating and positive moments.

I had around $2,000 worth of Bitcoin, and while I was unable to access it, the market value changed considerably compared with previous years. Because of that, I feel the value I had originally held was affected, even though I was eventually able to withdraw my funds.

I also had some trouble accessing the new TradeOgre platform. It took several hours and a number of login attempts before I was finally able to get in, which was definitely frustrating.

However, the most important thing for me was being able to regain access to my account and withdraw my funds. That outcome made a significant difference to how I viewed the overall experience, despite the problems I encountered along the way.
