Refund received successfully

Hi everyone. I’m Tradeogre user who also experienced a period where I couldn’t access my funds. I know some people may wonder why I decided to give Tradeogre such a high rating despite the difficulties I went through. Honestly, the experience wasn’t completely smooth.

I had around $2,000 worth of Bitcoin, and because Bitcoin’s value has changed significantly compared with previous years, I feel I lost some value along the way. Even after withdrawing my funds, the value wasn’t the same as it had been when I originally held them.

Another issue I experienced was accessing the new Tradeogre platform. It took me several hours and multiple attempts before I could finally log in, which was frustrating.

Despite these challenges, I still decided to give Tradeogre this rating because, most importantly, I was eventually able to access and withdraw my funds. Having access to my money again made a big difference to my overall experience.
