A complicated broker, with a number of non-standard and far from the most successful offers and rules. It is possible to trade with them, but it is desirable to know the contract and the agreement. There are no complaints about the terminal, there are problems with the managers. But also they are solved by contacting the helpdesk. Everything else depends on who is sitting in front of the terminal.
