    Car booked and paid for (plus insurance)...

    Car booked and paid for (plus insurance) well in advance. The day we showed up to pick up the car <a very polite gentleman> informed us that he would not release the car because we did not have a credit card. He did not even want to try the cards we had, but instead offered to pay cash for the fuel tank and insurance – about 1000 zloty as a non-refundable deposit. Due to the fact that it was Saturday at 11 pm, we could not do anything and were left without a car, after a phone call to the bank on Monday, I learned that the French cards (we offered 3) have the functions of debit and credit in one.     Stay away! Beware! Scam!

    Stay well away from this company! They have stolen AU$400 from me and won't return it. They gave me a much smaller vehicle than advertisied. When I cancelled the booking the car hire company reimbursed me but this company will not refund my insurance! You have been warned!

    SCAM!!! Dont trust them

    I made a booking on 27th July 2023 for 28th July 11am to 30th July 11am on Qeeq. I was looking for a car with a very low deposit amount. I found a car with zero dollar deposit and I booked it.
