- The client doesn't seem to know how to answer complicated questions because I asked something unusual a few times in a row and they couldn’t understand what I’m talking about.

Minuses- Memecoins are back to bullish trend and I wish PrimeXBT to add more memcoins as soon as possible to not miss all market movements while there is a strong trend.
- It’s hard sometimes to reach out to their support team when I need to deal with a complicated situation.

I was genuinely confused, as this is a broker and crypto exchange platform all at once🤯🤯 They have many cfd assets, even for forex, indices and etc. Plus, they also have crypto futures trading available with one of the lowest fees out there, even if we compare with binance.
Positive- First and foremost it is the integrated trading view charts in their platform with tons of tools and indicators, as mt platforms are too advanced to analyze on.
- Second is the withdrawals that are processed extremely fast.

I like that comparison. If you’ve traded forex, you know exactly what platform will have. Its just that its entirely for crypto people, or people interested in it at least. The withdrawals for me made it clear, withdrawing in crypto is natural, and trying to do that on a card was hard as nails.
Minuses- - only for crypto enthusiasts. Lots of other assets too, but they are entirely centered on crypto trading still
- - fee is low for making trade, but seems high to me for holding one. I held XAU for a week, it almost got into the negative just from that. Swing-trading here I dont recommend. Its for daytrading, where it shines in terms of fees.

Positive- Fast payouts, even for 0.2 BTC. Got paid out on the wallet I set on Binance for free, transfer took like 30 minutes, and it all was just confirmations.
- No quote manipulation etc was noticed, they didn't try to break my position even when I was 20x leveraged on the $10k BTC move. So I trust them a lot by now.

Positive- Beside the wide range of assets, I liked two services: withdrawals and support. Like you guessed, primexbt provides an opportunity to make payments in crypto that is much faster than traditional bank transfers, the same speed I observed in their support responses.
Minuses- I didn`t face the significant minuses, though it could be better to include futures on other assets, for example, indices or forex. Furthermore, more platforms should be presented.

Positive- 0.01% fees for trading are pretty good, and fees for swaps per hour are very small too.
Minuses- the onboarding is not very smooth, this broker does a lot of things differently but doesn't explain them
