I wouldn’t say that the platform is simple, it’s the opposite of simple 🙂
But with such helpful support only patience is required and you will quickly understand the trading terms, their payment system, market range and trading app. Actually the trading app is probably the easiest one to understand.

Their custom trading app is a work of art
Minuses
The payment system feels like complex to understand in the beginning, maybe better ux is needed
If you want to use no-kyc account only crypto transfers are available
