The long game
I’ve noticed traders talk about strategy far more than risk. Yet risk control decides who survives the long game. Here I could use cross and isolated margins simultaneously to reduce my risk exposure, this is a must have for those who are trading crypto futures. That’s how I managed to survive after a huge dump on 10 October, a few positions on BTC, ETH and LTC were opened in isolated margin mode…
Positive
Withdrawing money is always proceeding fast without heavy delays.
Minuses
Tecnical support sometimes is too slow, when I need to solve something urgent, I would like them to be faster.
And the last thing is the funding rate, damnit, why is it expensive when I want to hold a position for 4-5 days.

Our traders should be confident; we’ll do our best to protect them from unfavourable market conditions.
  
  Good to know, you haven’t faced delays in withdrawal execution. We understand how important it is for our traders to prioritize speed and safety. At the same speed, we aim to maintain the support response time, though it may take longer to process a trader’s inquiry depending on the issue’s complexity.
  
  Regarding funding rates, unfortunately, factors beyond their control influence them, such as central banks’ policies, interest rates, and other economic data. However, we have maintained low fees and spreads while continuing to strive to maximize our traders’ profits.
