Positive- The fact they have multiple platforms is crucial. webtrader was easy to get into, and mobile app too, but they just don't have the full tools, so its good I could switch later on, without changing broker.
- The fees are low, I don't feel them even when trading with thousands USD. I don't think they are bad.
Minuses- I'm not sure what to add but I guess they could send less stuff to my email, I don't want to block them in case something interesting pops up.

Positive- Very eager to help, I noticed the team actually reaching out, at the same time emails haven't been too spammy.
- Variety of assets on offer is huge, the site doesn't even list them all for some reason, but under the hood, there's hundreds more.
- The wallet feature is nice as an extra layer of safety.
- Embedded news are pretty useful to be the first thing I see when I log in, they added it pretty recently but never seen it integrated this way, and I like it way more.
