    On October 15, I placed an order. They gave me a link to track it. As soon as it arrived in Russia, the parcel stopped being tracked at once. But the request to search for the parcel, they said to wait. At the post office, it has not been a month. But apparently it will not. They did not return the money, the parcel was not insured. But there was no button to insure it.

      similarly… The parcel has been in Russia since October 23, and then there is a hole… And there is no one to ask: neither from the site, nor from dhl, nor from the Russian Post – no one knows anything

      The same thing. Since November 8, the package is no longer traceable. Neither on the site, nor in dhl can not find anything. Dhl requires a different format of order number, the one that is available, can not track. I’m just disappointed and sorry for the money. First time I decided to order because there was no product I wanted on aicherb.
