Rented a car in Crete
Booked a car in Crete, Greece 5 months earlier. 2 hours before takeover I receive new invoice for the car which is 60 EUR more. I complain immediately and they say to me the car has broken down (probably because of my complaint) and that they will find me a new one and obey the earlier price. I get a new car in the evening from another rent a car agency (8 hours later than it was booked) pay the whole price to them besides earlier advance payment and localrent.com returns to me only part of the earlier quoted price (although I again appealed to such decision).
