In 2019, my husband signed a contract with I.T. Invest at the bank "Vostochny". For two years there is no interest or explanation. We are elderly, we over 60 years. When we signed the contract, we thought that it was the same deposit as all ordinary interest-bearing deposits and when we signed the documents we did not realize that this is not an ordinary deposit, because he had not previously encountered such investments, and the bank manager did not explain to us in detail and led us into The manager was misleading, saying that the interest on the deposit would be paid annually, and we could get it if we came to the bank. The manager was praising, saying that It’s okay, we’ll get 12% every year, and she didn’t even say anything about any risks, and it’s impossible to read the fine print, and it’s written there all in a language we don’t understand. And now there is no Vostochniy Bank at all, instead there is Sovcombank. We are pensioners and to lose this money means to remain without anything at that age, have been saving them for a long time and counted on them being retired. It turns out we were cheated, they just have increased their capital, are using our money and have no responsibility. We no longer hope for interest, at least to get ours back.
