Good afternoon, my name is Vladimir. I am writing here because I promised the “specialists” from the customer support department to continue the conversation on all the otzoviks. Since I was ignored by the company itself. I want to note right away that the price of the issue is 1000 rubles, the bill is a little more than 200 rubles. But that’s not the point, because the question is exactly attitude to clients. The problem was as follows: I had a 1000 USD delivery in my account, (a position that should not roll). Trying to To fix the profit (because the delivery positions yourself in the terminal do not let you close), I opened a short position in TOM usdrub. The deal to me cancelled the next day, after which it “hung” in the open orders, with no way to remove it, it did not show any values (neither profit, nor loss). I thought it was another SMARTX glitch, and reopened a short position in SI. Re-checked, by TOM position in the reports(!) The broker was NOT there. In the chat room they did not answer me either and sent me to ask my question to the mail, to the client department (where they did not answer either). In the meantime, the price of changed quite seriously. The trading week is over, and at the weekend I was arbitrarily opened the same order, where of course there was a loss, because I did not had the opportunity to control it and I already had a warrant for Si. I checked the reports and it was gone. And the margin decreased and the loss – there is.
