IntellectoKids are scammers!

While subscribing to their app Learning Games, they sneaked in an "add on" called English for Kids. I specifically wanted to refuse all "add ons" and remember refusing both of them. However, after a single click, I was immediately charged 27.99 CAD for it, which was more than the price of the main subscription. Thus, my credit card was charged twice without ever seeing my "final package" and the total price. – I checked reviews, and many people had the same experience: double charges for undesired content.

On the same day, I contacted their support requesting a full refund, but they refused, claiming that I already started using the service! An image their support staff sent me had a small barely visible text regarding the price of the add on. However, I couldn’t recognize the image.

I think, this is the lowest kind of scam: manipulating parents into stealing their money.
