For the most part, the people writing negative reviews simply did not understand how market orders work and started throwing stones at the tool for earning money (i.e. the exchange itself). I will not argue and "put wishful thinking on reality" – the exchange has its own problems, but this does not cancel the fact of its smooth development. Separately, I would like to mention the moment of the team and staff of the project – nowhere have I met so polite, adequate and open people in this market. These guys are ready to answer your question almost 24/7, and as it was already mentioned, ban only the most "ardent oppositionists" – people who their criticism does not carry any constructive, but only pursues the desire to insult everyone around. In everything else representatives and support communicate with customers on equal terms – I don’t know if it’s because of the absence of language barrier, but this attitude is very favorable.

I’m exactly the same regular user, and I don’t claim to be an expert in cryptocurrency – but I hate to see a good product being rebuked for the sole purpose of being destructive. None of the opponents described the mechanics of the market order (the main reason for losing money on the notorious IEO Cybel) – and I wish people would at least understand WHY they are losing money. But no, it’s better to just give an example of a fat minus without any facts, right?
