I won’t be surprised to see bad reviews for this exchange as the method of operating is far from normal , imagine having to deposit money inside your account to reactivate it before you can withdraw your funds, im giving them 5 star because i was not scam at the end it worked out well

Positive- They are reliable and great customer service
Minuses- I had to reactivate my account before I could get my money back which is not professional but as long as i got my money back, it was worth the wait.
