Contacted repeatedly in support hotbit-answer that I sent to another smart contract (a different token), but when I deposited, I chose all the right terms: address, chain and token. Avax technical support, checked my transaction and said that there is an error exactly in the receiving chain (sent not to the C-Chain. What in fact: tokens are sent from C-Chain to another chain, while on The refill page indicates that it is C-Chain. That is, exchange Hotbit did not add Usdt in C-Chain, and at the same time misled customers by writing that C-Chain is supported.
Conclusion: hotbit support is negligent about exchange interface, customer notification. Bottom line: Hotbit requested 0.2 ETH to to give me back my 400 USDT. I turned them down. As proof, I attached screenshots of correspondence with their support. Be careful what you do.
