    I do not recommend using Freewallet under any circumstances!

    This is an absolute nightmare! I decided to try their services to store some cryptocurrencies and it was a mistake. Made an exchange of one coin for another, and immediately the money disappeared. Support just mocks me – standard answers, no specifics. Sent a hash, they are stalling, and I don’t know, what to do. Money is flowing out like water, and they politely ask me to wait. Information on the forum confirms that I am by no means the only one to whom this is the case happened. It looks like Freewallet is a total scam and I regret very much that I decided to entrust my money to them. I lost hope of getting it back. If you think About using Freewallet, at least read the reviews about their scams. That would have been very helpful to me if I had done it earlier.

    Freewallet’s verification process feels intentional

    It’s hard to believe that Freewallet’s drawn-out verification process isn’t deliberate. The company makes it seem impossible to access your assets, even when users fulfill all requirements.

    Years of waiting, still no resolution from Freewallet

    Some accounts have been blocked for years, with no signs of resolution. Freewallet, stop making excuses and give back what you’ve taken!

    Leave complaints about their wallets! This is a scam!

    Friends, be careful with Freewallet! I fell for their brilliant marketing, but it's a scam. It is simply impossible to withdraw funds and support ignores. Write complaints on the App Store so that others don't fall into the trap!
