The most interesting part is at the end.
In August 2020, I decided to buy a Monero, got this coin purse, and went to the exchange office happy I exchanged my previously bought bits for coins. I exchanged, satisfied, and put the coins into a new purse. I decided to verify my account and at the same time to check the withdrawal, but there was no way out. ACCOUNT IS FROZEN! .
I wrote to the support service, described the situation, they replied type need to confirm i.e.. verify account!!!
Nonsense you say – and yes, I thought so too…..After a long correspondence in the end the account was verified, BUT THE CONCLUSION IS TAKEN NOT WORKING.
Further correspondence with support frankly seemed like laughter. at some point I received a letter like this from them:
Hello,
Thank you for following up!
To proceed further, we would like to ask you to provide the following information:

3) Bank statement or utility bill where we can see your name and resident address (You can get a PDF bank statement in your online banking service). Information should be in English;

Freewallet’s verification process feels intentional
It’s hard to believe that Freewallet’s drawn-out verification process isn’t deliberate. The company makes it seem impossible to access your assets, even when users fulfill all requirements.

Years of waiting, still no resolution from Freewallet
Some accounts have been blocked for years, with no signs of resolution. Freewallet, stop making excuses and give back what you’ve taken!

Leave complaints about their wallets! This is a scam!
Friends, be careful with Freewallet! I fell for their brilliant marketing, but it's a scam. It is simply impossible to withdraw funds and support ignores. Write complaints on the App Store so that others don't fall into the trap!
Blocked Withdrawal From Wallet, MONERO STOLE?
