I have experienced frustration related to the payment of winnings. I won a smaller jackpot and was told that the payment would process within 90 days. That was expressed on their app, website, and terms and conditions. I was subsequently told that payment would occur within 90 business days! When I pointed out the inconsistency, I was assured that the payment would be made within 90 days (not business days). Well, it’s been 90 days and still no payment. What to do?
