    It’s a scam, like many companies that do this.

    Don't use desert cart: unauthorised payment

    I ordered £30 of goods from desertcart but found that they took another £180 without agreement. They refused to reimburse me. I would strongly recommend that you don’t use this site.

    Charged today 699 AED for a pro membership that I did not authorise and do not have the funds for. Tried to call customer service to complain and they no longer have a phone line and instead redirected me to a 24/7 live chat to which I sat in a queue for 30 mins with nobody helping me.     This company is a scam , first my order was delivered only half the quantity then they charged me for annual subscription of £192 which I did not signed up for and now they wont refund my money. No where in order journey their was any mention of subscription or £192 non refundable subscription charges… Read more

    So bad, they promised fast delivery (3-5 days) with pro membership, the first package arrived after 10 days, the second package after 20 days, then I didn’t get any reminder to cancel this useless service, they charged my card and refused to refund. Very bad service, better don’t order
