    Good day! Income depends on many factors. Not everyone who invested in the project makes a profit, but this does not mean that everyone goes into the minus. Indeed, we can not return the invested amount. This is known in advance, as well as the risks. Freezing and canceling the contract is also unprofitable for us, because mining is connected with real equipment and high operating costs. Cloud mining does not differ fundamentally from one company to another, so it is not necessary to distinguish cloud mining from “us” and “not us”.

      I wonder how this answer can help me? If you value your reputation and customers – then solve my problem:

      Here’s my latest contacting your support team regarding the LTC 2025 contract I entered into:

      The terms of the tariff were completely different at the time of its conclusions.

      I am not satisfied with the decision to cancel the tariff without compensation either.

      I will be satisfied with 3 options:

      1) canceling the fare with a refund for less income received

      2) stopping the tariff without deducting service fees and resuming the tariff if mining becomes profitable again

      3) transferring funds to another tariff, for example BTC, so that it would be possible to at least return the invested funds, not to mention receiving income.

      This the application remains unresolved.

      The terms of the tariff were quite different when it was entered into in July 2019 (Tariff LTC 2025).

      Then a month later the balance started to go to minus.

      I’ll take three options:

      1) canceling the tariff with a refund minus the income received

      2) stopping the tariff without deduction of funds for maintenance and renewal of the tariff if mining becomes profitable again

      3) transferring funds to another tariff, e.g. BTC, so that there is an opportunity to at least to get a return on investment, let alone a profit.

      This is my last application, which remains unresolved, which I wrote on the [email protected]

      If you value your reputation and your customers – resolve this issue.
