Fast visuals but missing some depth

As an architect who works on smaller residential projects, I wanted a tool that could quickly turn ideas into visuals for clients. Coohom fits that need perfectly. The automated space planning feature saves me time — no more sketching basic layouts by hand or in heavier software.
The AI-assisted tools are surprisingly smart. They suggest furniture placements that make sense and even consider traffic flow in most cases. The VR walkthroughs are a hit with clients, they really help sell the vision.
However, when it comes to architectural details like specific material finishes or precise structural elements, Coohom falls short. It’s more of a visualization tool than a full design suite. For deeper modeling or technical drawings, I still need to switch to another program.
That said, for quick presentations and early-stage designs, Coohom is excellent. Just don’t expect it to replace your main CAD software.
