    I do not agree with you, because...

    I do not agree with you, because I passed all the verification with provision of all documents (EU resident), but the first time I tried to withdraw the Euro they cancelled the transaction and asked the source of origin of the funds. I immediately sent a declaration, but did not receive a response as promised within 72 hours. No phone support, no reply to tickets, in the chat I was asked to be patient. In the end, after 11 days I got a letter from Compliance, which asked a stupid question – the address of my wallet where I sent them funds. In the meantime, I lost the opportunity to purchase real estate, and suffered a significant loss. I doubt that BitBay pays out money at all – their Estonian company declares a turnover of 25,000 euros per quarter: https://www.inforegister.ee/en/14814864-PINEWOOD-ESTONIA-OU

    Don't you dare work there. It's a scam and a 100% fraud. I fell into their trap myself Catch them and shut them down immediately

    Non regulated platform that makes up it's own rules

    I successfully created an account and added the required identification options. Made several trades and tried to withdraw my funds.
