I ordered an esim card for Martinique for 30 days with 10 gigs of data.
It only worked for the first week.
I contacted customer service and they made me make a multitude of configuration changes without fixing my connection problem.
I spent several hours trying to fix this problem. I work in computers so I know a lot about this field.
Between each service call I was waiting 12 hours for an answer.
I would like to be reimbursed for what I paid because I consider that their esim card is not functional in Martinique.

The customer service is lousy. I have 4.5 gigabytes left and no data all the time without coverage.
