    It is a scam. You win and to cash out you have to pay a withdrawal commission. Then they ask you for another commission because they say that the withdrawal conditions are not right. You have to pay another commission to cancel the withdrawal and then pay again to withdraw again. And then they block your account because they say you have not complied with the deposit and withdrawal conditions. You never get paid.
