Subject: I was cheated out of 2,230 euros

The company CITYCAPITAL.TRADE (their website https://citycapital.trade/ru/), swindled me for 2230 EUR! They started to work on 18.05.18 with the amount of 500 Euro and earned more than 200 Euro with the help of Roman’s broker. After that he recommended me to try to withdraw 100 EUR, it was a success and he assured me that I could withdraw the money at any moment, but I was wrong!

Before that, on 07.06, Roman convinced me to withdraw another 700 Euro and disappeared! On 21.06 he called and apologized that he was on a business trip. I said that I had failed to withdraw 200 Euro, he said that he would find out why and finally disappeared and 1450 Euro had disappeared from my account! 25.06. After my numerous calls to the feedback number +7 (945) 134-42-87, where I was answered by Alexander Walewski, suddenly called another Alexander and explained that you can refund the money through the offshore, asking 800 euros, which I did not have and had to take credit. For all previous contributions I sent declarations and verification was carried out, and for the last 800 euros I sent a declaration, but verification was not made, I tried to find out – to no avail.

I tried to withdraw 820 euros on June 27, but without success, because I did not get an sms code. I repeatedly wrote to their site and in particular to Mikhail Bilavin (he conducted one of the verifications). There is his address – [email protected]. 02.07 Alexander called (the last 800 euros) and promised to withdraw all the money within 2 days, but so far NOTHING!

Scammers are understandable, but is it really impossible to get my investment back? I am a pensioner, I wanted to help my son, who is disabled by health group 1 and has a dependent minor son, but I ran into bandits with angelic voices.

Please help me, at least with advice on where to turn. I am in trouble!
