In contrast to the exchange, the schedule of technical support is limited – from 09:00 to 18:00 (Kaliningrad time) on working days. On weekends and holidays, the schedule is free, with support staff responding within 6 hours. E-money exchange

Smart-Pace works with a wide range of foreign payment systems: Perfect Money, Advanced Cash, Payeer, Exmo, WebMoney (withdrawal only), SolidTrustPay, VelesPay, Capitalist and RIA, as well as QIWI, Yandex.Money, VISA and MasterCard. Also the platform allows you to make bank transfers using SWIFT and Ukrainian Privat24. In addition to electronic currency and bank transfers, the service works with cryptocurrency. Smart-Pays supported symbols include Bitcoin (BTC), Tether (OMNI USDT), TrueUSD (TUSD) and USD Coin (USDC).

The service also offers to enter cash in U.S. dollars into electronic or cryptocurrency, or, conversely, to withdraw money from these systems into cash. To work with cash, you need to visit one of the service’s branches. They are located in every major regional city in Ukraine, in Moscow, Tbilisi, Istanbul, Beijing, Guangzhou, Manama, Tehran and Dubai. If you carry out such an operation in Ukraine, you can order the delivery of funds through the service “Autolux” with an additional fee – 2%. When exchanging be careful – not all destinations are universal. For example, you can only withdraw funds to WebMoney wallet, and only from some payment systems and cryptocurrencies. Receiving applications

Applications for exchange are accepted around the clock. Their processing may take from 30 minutes during working hours. It should be noted that there may be delays related to the payment system’s response up to 12 hours, which is within the regulations. The exchange takes place in two modes – automatic and manual. Automatic exchange takes place 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, it is carried out immediately. There may be slight delays due to the response of payment systems. If the automatic exchange for some reason did not take place, the request will be processed by support during working hours.

In manual mode, the exchange takes one hour during working hours and up to six hours on weekends and holidays. If the client orders a withdrawal, funds are credited to the card within 30 minutes after the request is paid during working hours. There may be delays within 12 hours as well. After filing a request, the client (referred to in the Public offer as the Customer) has 3 hours to pay it – to enter into account the necessary amount of money for successful operation. Once the request is paid, the service (called a Provider in Public offer) has 24 hours to transfer the funds to the Customer’s account. If the funds are not received from the Customer within 3 hours, the request is automatically closed. If the Executor fails to transfer money to the Customer’s account during 24 hours from the moment of payment, the Customer has a right to get the full amount of money.

Smart-Pays works with several currencies – these are U.S. dollars (USD), Russian rubles (RUB), Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH), as well as cryptocurrencies BTC (Bitcoin), TUSD (TrueUSD), USDT (Tether OMNI) and USDC (USD Coin). The most popular payment systems work with U.S. dollars – Perfect Money (deposit only), WebMoney (withdrawal only), Payeer, Advanced Cash, Exmo, RIA, VISA and MasterCard, but also additional – Capitalist, VelesPay and SolidTrustPay. Also US dollar is the currency of SWIFT bank transfers and cash transactions. Russian ruble is supported by Yandex.Money and QIWI payment systems (withdrawal only). Registration on the service is optional – any user can make an exchange, deposit or withdrawal operation using the form on the main page.
