I wanted to withdraw my BTC, but in the end they wrote that my account was frozen. I was communicating with them for 2 months, almost every day I sent them passport photos and selfies with today's dates. There's a whole album of photos. In the end, what will happen to my BTC? They will take it and it will be ok. In the end I lost 0.69 BTC. Tech support said if you want to call the police. I think that's how they solved it!
