I participated in the Artery project, their token listing was on the Coinsbit exchange. I gradually took my profits to the exchange, exchanged them for stabelcoins, little by little. I was selling. When artr started to fall, I decided to leave the project and accordingly withdrew all my coins on coinsbit. Sold them for 9000 usdt. When I Started to withdraw usdt my account was blocked, support at first responded, they were feeding me with insults, promising to sort it out, but after half a year of correspondence, (because there is no other way to contact them) support stopped responding. Another half year passed. No one explained anything to me, I did not in any way was notified, just once again trying to enter the personal account and hurrah it is unblocked. (At the time of blocking my account was verified. After the lockout, I additionally sent two more times to support passport data, selfies and everything else they asked for)
And then a year later. They unblocked my account, but they won’t let me withdraw my hard-earned money.
This is the error that keeps popping up:

I have already created 10 tickets with support as in one ticket they answer once, then How much do not write in response silence! My trading account on the exchange works, I can buy and sell tokens, Fiat, but I can not withdraw them from the exchange! There is Many screenshots of correspondence with screen recording support, all confirming that this is my account.
All without results!
