      You probably did not even come within a mile of the exchange) It’s obvious that the comment is written by a person far from koinsbit) They are in the Telegram group officially notify that the Admin does not respond in PERSONAL (or in extremely rare cases) to avoid cases of fraud on behalf of the exchange. Sergio in private does not replies. Even if he asks for information in the chat, then publicly responds to it in the chat.
      That’s what happened to me personally. I asked him to check Ticket, he asked for a number in person, I threw in a private message and he chatted back to me that there and how.
